Forest bathing for beginners

An Experience from Stop Your Brain

Event Description

If you've already heard about forest bathing, or are just curious to try it, this beginner course is a perfect way to get started.

During forest bathing you will learn how a park, a forest or any other type of nature can help you to step away from your everyday routines to connect with yourself. In this workshop, you won't have to travel far to experience the healing and restorative benefits of spending time in nature can offer us. In between walking through Volkspark Humboldthain, you will practice mindfulness exercises that stimulate all of your senses. During the tour you will have the opportunity to connect both individually with yourself in silence, as well as with others in an interactive group setting. You will learn to harness the peace and tranquility in nature, helping you to disconnect from the stress of everyday life and focus on being mindful in the present moment.

Bring a friend for FREE to this event if you book before Friday 03/09/2021. Just book your spot for 1 person and we’ll send you an additional booking confirmation for a friend.

Stop Your Brain

Stop Your Brain

Under L.que Design Elke has been working in the creative field for over 20 years. StopYourBrain is her philosophy with the goal to train the intuition that lies within everyone. Due to current lifestyle habits and societal structures, the subtle senses have been lost by many. As a graphic artist, photoartist and life artist, Elke has always relied on these very senses and was able to sharpen them during her training as a medial life coach and course instructor for forest bathing. Forest bathing is about mindfulness, being allowed to slow down and sensing your consciousness.
