During forest bathing you will learn how a park, a forest or any other type of nature can help you to step away from your everyday routines to connect with yourself. In this workshop, you won't have to travel far to experience the healing and restorative benefits of spending time in nature can offer us. While hiking in a local park, you will practice mindfulness exercises that stimulate all of your senses.
During the tour you will have the opportunity to connect both individually with yourself in silence, as well as with others in an interactive group setting. You will learn to harness the peace and tranquility in nature, helping you to disconnect from the stress of everyday life and focus on being mindful in the present moment.
