The Yoga practice creates a space for family experiences - with lots of play, movement and natural relaxation.
The experience starts with movement-intesive games to get to know each other and to help the children to get into a more relaxed state afterwards. Then the focus is on yoga-inspired exercises, where the various muscle groups are addressed, following the example of natural movement sequences.
The natural forms of movement are designed to bring both the body and mind in harmony, while buidling strength, flexiblity, self-confidence and relaxation for both adults and children. The participants are taught a exerciese - both physcial and mental - that they can practice for themselves, but also with friends and family at home.
