With the belief that change starts from within, Seth co-founded 42 Acres in Somerset, UK. His initial intent was focused around wellbeing and inner transformation, and has today evolved towards supporting a local and regenerative economy.
After 20 years in the corporate world, Uzzy traded her business suits for boots and a machete. She started Soulfood Forestfarms, helping farmers around the world to transition to regenerative farming practices.

Jens is a UK-based cook with a simple philosophy: eat as nature intended. He started The Bear Kitchen, that provides local, seasonal meal bases to help others find their way back to nature in the kitchen.
