Treptower Park Forest Bathing

An Experience from Forest Bathing Berlin

Event Description

Did you know that Berlin is one of the greenest cities in Europe? Give yourself permission to slow down and connect with nature, with yourself, and with those around you on a guided forest bathing walk through Treptower Park.

Cultivate your sense of presence and calm through guided meditations, mindfulness techniques, creative invitations, and ceremony. It's a very special way to celebrate nature and deepen your connection to mind, body and the superhuman world.

Spending time in nature on a regular basis not only promotes connection, but has also been shown to lower blood pressure, strengthen memory and the immune system, and make us less susceptible to stress and depression. A recent study recommends getting out in nature at least 2 hours a week to maximize the benefits.

The event will last about 2 hours and will be conducted in English.

About the Partner

Forest Bathing Berlin

Forest Bathing Berlin

I came to forest bathing through my natural curiosity for plants and trees, my love of nature, and my desire to share this knowledge and experience with others. My goal with Forest Bathing Berlin is to make the practice of forest bathing as accessible as possible, so that it can be more easily integrated into everyday life. Therefore, I choose places that are easily accessible, such as city parks, and times that can easily be squeezed in before or after work or on weekends.
